Questions

Who is this book for?

Families, commuters, RV and outdoor people, and anyone who wants a calm, practical plan for power outages and longer emergencies. No prior experience needed.

Does it replace a first-aid course or medical care?

No. It covers emergency basics and when to get help, and it encourages hands-on training such as CPR and Stop the Bleed. Herbal and home remedies are presented as comfort care for minor problems, never as a replacement for prescribed medication.

Will it fit in a go-bag or glovebox?

Yes. At 4×6 inches and 64 pages it's about the size of a pocket bible.

Is there a digital version?

A Kindle edition is planned. The paperback is the one you'll want when the power is out.

Read it now. Keep it close.

The best time to prepare is while the lights are still on.
